I was looking for a clever quote to use for the heading of this page and found Dolly Parton's quote. It couldn't be more fitting. As an agency we strive to support our clients, child care providers, staff and community through our services. No one is perfect and we don't pretend to be. We're more of an evolving work in progress always trying to better ourselves, learn new things, and adapt to the needs of those we serve. 

As people, we can all sometimes feel uncomfortable giving feedback (good or bad). We really want to emphasize the importance of being aware of both our strengths and our weaknesses. This knowing is a huge part of how we grow and continue to improve. We cannot change what we are blind too. Similarly we may not know to build on an area of strength if we don't "see it" as a strength. 

Professionally, we hope to remain in a state of always learning and growing. It's when we stop reflecting and learning that we cease to be relevant.
